I just wanted to say what a great job Damian has done for us recently.  It was a dirty job but he just got on with it without a fuss and did a great finished job. Please pass on my thanks.

I don't know where to start thanking you for the work carried out on our home. Our whole house which we had only lived in for 6 months had to be gutted internally, to say we were unhappy with this news was an understatement and made us both very anxious. After meeting with yourself you totally put our minds at rest and made us feel confident that our house would be returned to us in a perfect state. We moved back in 2 weeks ago and we were not disappointed! The house is amazing, way better than it was before. The finish and attention to detail is impeccable and we're both extremely impressed with the overall finish. All of your guys, Rich, Nick and Paul and I'm sure lots of others I've missed were so professional and extremely tidy, they had no problems with communicating with us whenever we popped around to check progress and always had time to talk us through what was going on. This is the same with you Dean, you have handled us with a friendly but extremely professional attitude and it's all of this combined that has got us through the past 6 months. I would not hesitate to recommend Cura in the future to anybody. Can you forward on to Harry that Bart and Marcin will be the only guys I want back to my site, these guys are cut from a different cloth and their customer service skills are fantastic. I’ve had great reviews from everyone on site saying how helpful friendly and kind they are, Bart & Marcin are a credit to your company and as my last comments never got back to them please ensure they receive this.

We have been using Cura for 6 months to carry out our maintenance. We have received some excellent feedback from our clients, stating that the operatives are professional, courteous & carry out the work to a high standard. The booking team are very efficient & jobs are logged & booked in a timely manner. We receive a weekly update so that we can keep track of outstanding jobs. We would highly recommend.

I just wanted to let you know that we have received a lovely email from this customer praising your operatives. Just to let you know Cura finished all decorative and repair work last Friday and did an outstanding job, thank you for organising for them to come out to us. I would just like to express my gratitude for the work carried out by your operative Simon Freeman at Eastfield over the last 3 weeks. Simon has always been punctual, diligent and efficient at the tasks he has carried out, often earning the praise of the customers who’s houses he has worked in. I would not hesitate in getting Simon back to site in future, please pass on my thanks.

Thank you so much for organising to remedy our problem so quickly. Wayne said we caught it just in time as there was a small dribble of water behind the sealant. Looks good now and hopefully will be ok for the future as he used a much bigger beading nozzle. For feedback for you, Wayne was a very pleasant "operative" and as professional as your own staff always are.
