"I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how professional and courteous Tony has been the last few days. Not only is his work exceptional but I had all trust in him in leaving him in my home. Every day Tony was at least 20 minutes early sitting outside waiting for me to come out and get him, he has been great.
