"We are residents at 14 Sunflower Street and I wish to give credit where it is due. Dan attended our property on the 10th and 11th April to remedy an ongoing snag that had already been bodged three times before. Not only are we impressed with Dan’s punctuality and professionalism but his entire attitude to work is commendable. He was extremely pleasant and polite, giving time to get the job done perfectly. I truly cannot fault him and only hope he is given the recognition he deserves. It was a big job that was finished to a very high standard, to the point that you could never guess there was any problems beforehand. I would happily recommend Cura based on Dan’s performance and skill and he is a credit to your company!"

“I am just writing to give feedback on snagging work Cura done on behalf of Barratt homes. The work is of really high standard and it seems my flooring issues have been sorted. The two guys on site  Matt and Mark were very professional and kept me informed of there progress and what they intended to do next. They were very polite and on time every morning.  Having strangers in your house is never a pleasant experience but I felt confident enough to trust them on their own.  Simon was here to check up on them a couple of times and took a keen interest in their work.  It is reassuring to know that the boss does care. All in all I would recommend Cura and especially Matt and Mark to my friends and family.”

"I wanted to provide some feedback on the progress of my home.  When I took the keys to the plot is was, quite frankly, a mess.  The work to get the house to an acceptable standard is coming along nicely and the lads are doing a very good job.  The top floor is done and I am very happy with how it looks now they have worked their magic.  I can only imagine how much work they have had to put in filling and sanding the countless glaringly obvious trowel marks and tiger stripes in the plaster but they’ve done a fantastic job. It was even commented by a member of the **********  team that it would be easier to completely re-skim the whole house as the plaster was that bad.  I was quick enough to find fault so its only fair that I also pass comment when a job has been completed to a good standard. Initially I did not want my friends and family to see my brand new ********** home as it was embarrassingly bad but I am confident that once the work has been completed I will be able to invite people round and be proud of my new home." I just wanted you to pass on our thanks to Lee the decorator that has been here for the past 3 days, he has done an amazing job and was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to match the paint colours.

The Technician’s and Rob have now left and the cleaners are busy in the house. I just wanted to drop you a line to say that I have been very impressed with Mike and the other Technician all week. They arrived on time every day, worked hard, worked clean and were perfectly accommodating and courteous at all times. It is finally a relief to have a positive experience with **** Homes after all this time. I hope you are able to pass my thanks and regards onto the Technician’s and their management team.

Just to say we are happy with the cleaning of the rendering now that it has dried out. We would like Glen from Cura to be told - he took great pride in doing it.

I have just used your services via Bloor homes and a gentleman from your company has been to our property for 4 days to fit a new shower tray. I would like to say how polite and respectful he was within our property. He would arrive on time and if early would not knock the door until his specified time, always kept us up to date with work, always took his shoes off, would address me with madam and any work mess was cleaned immediately. The work is finished to a very high standard and I really have not met such a polite person ever!! He’s truly an asset to your company.
