"I just wanted to say thank you for organising our replacement kitchen floor tiles and to let you know that the job was done on Friday by a lovely guy called Keith from Cura, who probably left the place cleaner than when he started!
Having waited for ages to get the job done because the original tiler has been sick, we were very pleased when you suggested bringing in another contractor. Cura had already done a couple of the snagging jobs on your behalf at our house, and for neighbours, so we knew their work would be good, but best of all they contacted us really quickly to arrange a convenient appointment and the matter was completely sorted in a few days. In fact we are so impressed that we've got them coming back to repair the rear of the house which was damaged in the storm last week!

"I just wanted to give you some feedback as I am really pleased on the work carried out by Cura last week. Trevor from Cura did a fantastic job on the decorating, the decor now looks like it should have done when I bought the house.
Cura are doing the guttering and facias this week. With regards to the other outstanding Jobs I know the trims for the front door and the new door for the lounge are on order. Would it be possible for the door that leads out to the garden from my garage be put on the correct side (right side) when the work for the front and lounge door and the kitchen units are carried out as this would save Cura coming out twice.
Please can you also confirm that the canopies both front and back are going to be repaired along with the removal of tape on some of the windows and the discolouration on the sandstone brick above my spare bedroom window be sorted out as it would be good to get a date in the diary for this to be actioned.
"Has Darren C and Peter G working at his house in behalf of Lindens and he's over the moon. The guys are polite, clean and extremely helpful. He goes to work early each day and lets them in and returns to the house very tidy. His wife is around in the day and can't say a bad word and she feels comfortable having them around. They also don't disappear every 5 mins to make coffee or eat lunch etc. He owns his own business so knows it is hard to get good staff. Please tell the guys and add to your newsletter."

The key was also left on the side so it felt like little fairies had been in whilst I was away (don't tell your boys I called them fairies though)!

"Home Group has just phoned and wants us to pass on a complement message to Cura. The complement was from a Mrs Cowan at 30 Robinson Close. She asked Cura to come between 8:30 and 9:00 and they came at 8:45. She also said that they did a brilliant job and tidied up all the mess after themselves. She wanted Home Group to pass on the message and send them a big thank you! I have sent this to you as I wasn't sure who at Cura you would want me to pass the message onto."
"Please can you pass on our tnt's thanks to Jamie for the works he completed yesterday at room 2 8 Breech Close yesterday. The tnt has learning difficulties and people tend to speak over her to her mother and ignore the fact that she lives there. Jamie took the time to speak to her about the works and made her feel very safe (she is not comfortable with strangers).
Hence why she requested he came back to do the works to her guttering that I sent over earlier.
People are too quick to complain and very rarely offer praise and thanks so I thought this was worth passing on!
"I have just received a call from Mrs McSorley at 25 Pentons Close (linden homes job) and she wanted to call us to say that Nick Winfield has restored her faith in ALL building contractors as he has done such a lovely job on her front door. She has experienced endless problems from other contractors and Linden Homes and Nick was "a breath of fresh air" Mrs McSorley had nothing but praise for Nick (and me) and will be contacting Kate Harburn direct to let her know."
